Mine is very similar. I should also redo it.

I should too. Connery’s first four dominate for me too.

My main difference from @bondjames is that I’d probably place FYEO and QOS much higher.

And Brosnan would fair a bit better in mine. But only a bit. Timothy, a bit worse.

I'll try again. It's quite tricky! Connery's first four are all practically interchangeable especially, since they're all so amazing.

    1. Daniel Craig - CR
    2. Sean Connery - DN
    3. Sean Connery - TB
    4. Sean Connery - FRWL
    5. Sean Connery - GF
    6. Daniel Craig - QOS
    7. Daniel Craig - SF
    8. Roger Moore - FYEO
    9. George Lazenby - OHMSS
    10. Roger Moore - TSWLM
    11. Roger Moore - LALD
    12. Pierce Brosnan - TND
    13. Timothy Dalton - LTK
    14. Pierce Brosnan - GE
    15. Roger Moore - TMTWGG
    16. Timothy Dalton - TLD
    17. Roger Moore - OP
    18. Pierce Brosnan - DAD
    19. Roger Moore - AVTAK
    20. Sean Connery - DAF
    21. Pierce Brosnan - TWINE
    22. Sean Connery - YOLT
    23. Roger Moore - MR
    24. Daniel Craig - SP

@Birdleson I used to have Rog in FYEO much higher. I still love the film and him in it, but found the other performances more compelling or interesting. Same goes for Craig in QoS - great performance for the film but I like the others more. I think one of the biggest moves up for me is OP. Despite the flaws in the film, I think Moore does a great job and holds it together. Similarly with MR. It's very difficult to do this. Probably the toughest list to rank on here.

That's a decent list @FoxRox. I debated about Laz when doing mine. A part of me wanted to put him higher (in the top 10).

This is the first time I've ranked Sean in NSNA as well. I really like his performance in that film. A bit older and more seasoned but still vintage Connery.

@bondjames Thank you. Lazenby’s is a tough one for me to rank too; its window I would say is about 8 to 12. It’s mostly a very good Bond performance I think, with a few less-than-great moments but too many strong ones for me to put it too low. I usually rank Lazenby as my third favorite Bond after Connery and Craig, because despite having just one film, I thought he did a very good job and balanced the humor and drama very well.

@FoxRox, I agree that he did balance the tone very well in OHMSS. If that performance had been a little more sentimental or weepy the film could have collapsed and become overwrought. His performance, to a great extent, is what keeps it being so rewatchable for me. I think I have him at fifth (of the six) now but honestly I really feel like moving him up next time. I always face a challenge when evaluating him (wanting to put him higher but then not doing so on account of a small evaluation sample).

I see a few people have put Daniel Craig's performance in SPECTRE at the bottom. I quite like his performance.
Its not my favourite and not even my favorite by Daniel but i liked his approach and feel he was trying to go for something different to show how much he has changed since Casino Royale.

Thank you @LeanardPine. @Birdleson I feel that is the beauty of the Bond franchise we all see different things in the films or performances etc. :)

I don't dislike Moore's performance in TMWTGG, there are parts i really like the whole meeting Lazar part for example (Speak now or forever hold your piece).

There are just a few things that seem out of place for Roger Moore and it sits a bit uncomfortably and i feel he gets overshadowed in the film by Christopher Lee.

It was a tough call to put this one or AVTAK bottom.

If there's one thing i like about Golden Gun it's Moore's performance.
