If EON goes for another blond actor, they could do no better than Dan Stevens. In fact, he did the most recent narration for the Casino Royale audiobook, so he's already got a head start!

Could be nonsense but the Mirror newspaper is claiming Craig may return for a sixth Bond film. If there is any truth to this (who knows!) this thread is going to go on for a looooooooong time. ;))

"There is something about this part that scratches an itch and he's not prepared to see it go to another actor yet. It' going to come down to how No Time To Die is perceived by the public and if it can become the highest-grossing film in the series."

The insider said if it does, Daniel will be up for returning to the role one more time.

@JeremyBondon Fair enough man let's just agree to disagree. As for Aiden Turner, I could see him as Bond, I think I would just personally like someone a bit younger. I also think either Aiden or Callum would be good (more Fleming-esque) choices.

Also I wouldn't mind a Bond with the same surname as me haha :D

Fair enough indeed :) Your last name is Turner? I'm jealous, I like it a lot *high five*
Haha yeah, and my dad named me after Sean Bean, and it was just after Goldeneye came out haha :D

Okay I'm calling it. You have the coolest name. Sean (Connery ;) ) and Turner...

The name's Turner... Sean Turner. With a name like that you don't even need to be handsome for the ladies.

    Richard Madden - @Octopussy
    Aidan Turner - @JeremyBondon
    Michael Fassbender - @Risico007
    Henry Cavill - @00Agent

Yea, sorry Risico. One name each ;). Although of course you can pick someone who another member has chosen. We don't need to pick all different actors. I suppose that's obvious enough...isn't it?

oh I know but Fassbender is my number 1 choice...

as for Craig doing a 6th... if it's coming out in 2022 with Cary directing then yes 100% if not well I dunno

Fassbender was my favorite for a while but now he's going to be too old by the time we get to Bond 26. Therefore my pick is Aidan Turner.

At this point I'd love it if EON surprised us all and went with someone no one had written down. Someone the press hasn't commented on, who did not talk about wanting to be Bond, but secretly delivered a hell of a screen test.

As for the names that have been going around, I must say I would not be adverse to Aidan Turner, Dan Stevens or Tom Ellis. But my vote goes to someone who's been positioned for Bond a long time and has been on my list for ages, Henry Cavill.

After much deliberation my vote is Dan Stevens.

Maybe everyone should give one name they think would be a good Bond from all the actors currently within the age range of say 30 to 45 (being the age the youngest Bond started and the age the oldest Bond started).

No criticism from outside about height, colour etc just a vote.

Not that I think that any actor above 40 is a likely candidate at this point, but my choice would be Luke Evans.

Turner will always be my top choice but as he has already been mentioned, my second choice would be Theo James. Have been watching him for quite sometime.

So if Aidan Turner is your top choice then it's another vote to him, right? Just like several others are voting Cavill.

My preference would be Fassbender as previously mentioned, but as discussed he may be getting on a bit for Bond now.
