    Hey man, sorry I haven't responded to your message yet. You sent it on March 18th; I only just found it today. I haven't been very active of late (I don't like the new layout), and I don't know how you get notifications of messages. Anyway, yes, I have had a few ideas for BOND 23. My particular favourite at the moment involves an American businessman and his Mexican wife, who is the heir to a fortune in tequila distilleries. During the Deep Horizon crisis in the Gulf of Mexico, they discovered that adding the rough off-cuts of the agave cactus - used in manufacturing tequila - are very good at absorbing crude oil. As they break down, they produce an unusual polymer of sorts: a chemical compound that, when added to water, causes it to thicken like gelatin. The villain (probably the American, or his backer) intends to release this polymer in the water supply of major cities (probably in China) to strangle them.
