Idk if Connery did it, but he is a very old guy.

And as I know, Desmond died in 2001 in a car accident.

He died in 1999, a short bit after TWINE's release and soon after his book signing.

  • The author forgot to include Louis Jourdan, the French actor from Octopussy who is about 90 years old now and still with us

Thumb screws and hot coals for you. Also Eunice Gayson to name another, there's a number of them still out there of different ages, too many to mention, long may former Bond personnel still with us remain that way

If Desmond died in 1999, he didn't see Die Another Day. Damn, he's one lucky guy! :)

I didn't know he was older than Moore. He looked atleast 10 years younger than Moore in Octopussy but would've been 62 at the time. Good for him. That's what I call ageing with grace. Kamel Khan was always one of my favorite villans. Easily top 5.

Patrick Macnee will also be 90 two weeks yesterday. It's wonderful to see people living longer lives and in good health too. I like to think, it will give us hope when that time comes!
