Your favourite Bond/Villain conversations.

This thread is to discuss the 'long' conversations that Bond has with many of his opponents,the moments that you look forward to in some of the films,and you find you can nearly quote the whole conversation in your head .
A few great examples :

DN : Bond and Doctor No battling each other around the dining room table.
FRWL : Bond and Grant on the Orient Express,when Grant has Bond 'on his knees' in the carriage.
GF : Bond and Goldfinger discussing the Fort Knox 'atomic device' plan.
TB : Bond and Largo at the shark pool,checking each other out.
YOLT Captured Bond and Helga on the Ning Po
OHMSS : Bond and Blofeld discussing Blofeld's plan,once Bond had been exposed and caught.
DAF : Bond and the 2 Blofeld's in the Whyte House,culminating in Bond killing the double and not the original.
TMWTGG : Bond and Scaramanga winding each other up over the 'fried mushrooms' ,leading to the duel.
TSWLM]: Bond as Robert Sterling,granted an interview with Stromberg.
MR:: Bond being offered a cucumber sandwich by Drax.
FYEO:Bond with Kristatos at the ice rink,checking eachother out.
OP : Bond and Orlov on Octopussy's train..Orlov exposing his plan to a shocked Bond...also Bond and Kamal Khan over dinner at the Monsoon Palace,served 'stuffed sheeps head'.
AVTAK : Bond in Zorin's office as Zorin exposes him on his computer.
TLD : Bond and Pushkin in the hotel in Tangiers..Bond torn between orders and his concience whether to kill him.
LTK : Bond and Sanchez in the casino,as Sanchez takes his passport and gun...also at Sanchez's house,as Bond plays his trump card to expose Krest as a possible traitor.
GE : Bond and 006 meeting for the first time since 006's death....'For England James ? '
TND:Bond trapped by Dr Kaufmann in the hotel,Hamburg.
TWINEBond with Renard in the mines in Khazakstan.
DAD :Bond discovering that Graves is Moon,at the ice palace
CR : Bond and Le Chiffre over the card table,trying to catch eachother out in Casino Royale...also Bond being tortured by Le Chiffre,who is amazed and angry at Bond's resistance,in his desperation.
QOS:Bond with Greene at the Greene Planet fundraiser - love the wig,Elvis !
SF : The introduction of Silva,trying to get inside Bond's mind,and get information on M.
SP: Bond and a dying Mr White,discussing death in the winter hideaway.

These are but a few,i'm sure i've missed some out,so feel free to point out the ones i've missed.
Personally,i like the DN,FRWL,TMWTGG,Orlov OP scene,and TLD the best - but they are all good.

So,which ones do you like the best,either on the list or not ?...and why ?

    I'd have to say one of my favorites, and a glaring omission from the list, is Bond choosing his "next witticism" when Goldfinger has him strapped to the golden slab and a laser aimed at his groin. "Do you expect me to talk?" "Why, no, Mr. Bond. I expect you to die."

    Other conversations missing from your list.

    LALD Mr. Big revealing himself as Dr. Kananga to Bond, then revealing his plot to break into the heroin business. "It will positively drive them out of their minds. And subsequently, out of business."

    TND Bond and Dr. Kaufman. "I am just a professional doing a job."

    TWINE Elektra taunting Bond and strapping him into the antique torture chair. From "The world is not enough" "Foolish sentiment" "Family motto, actually" to "One last screw."

    WARNING: for those who REALLY need to catch up on their classic Bondfilm watching, a spoiler (of sorts...) is below


    Though technically not a 'villian' conversation, 007's first meeting with Columbo in the cabin of his boat from FYEO is one of my favorite bond/'nemesis' conversations of the series...the twist makes it even better. It's one of Rog's best moments, i.m.o .

    There are some good extra mentions here,especially the two GF ones (golf and lazer) and the LALD,FYEO scenes....

    Bond was really teasing his adversaries here, even if they had the upper hand (Not Dr No, he had no hands). All very well acted, too.

    My top choices would be with Grant on the Orient Express and the superb Dalton with Pushkin in the hotel room. Both are brilliant moments in the series.

    Agree with AceHole that the initial conversation with Colombo, although not as serious as the two above, is also very good.

    I think one of my favorites has to be the first meeting between Bond and Silva, with the latter's perfectly timed monologue opening up the back-and-forth battle of wits.

    If I had to choose, it would be the one between Bond and Grant. But he shared great lines with Dr. No too, not to mention Largo, Goldfinger, Le Chiffre and Silva, at the top of my head. Even in movies I like far less than the ones with the above characters, I think there were some brilliant ones. I dislike YOLT for instance, but the best part of the movie is the conversation between Bond and Blofeld. And Scaramanga and Bond had some great "chemistry" as enemies.

    My best choices would be without any doubt :

    - The dinner with Dr No
    - With Red Grant in the carriage
    - golf with Goldfinger + laser table
    - Bond with the 2 Blofelds in DAF
    - With 006 in the cemetery

    Honorable mentions :

    - friendly moments with Sanchez in LTK
    - Silva's introduction in Skyfall

    I'm not sure Bond was teasing Goldfinger,he was about to get his dick burnt off by an industrial laser.
    I think it was more desperation than anything !

    Goldfinger - when Bond is strapped to the table
    From Russia With Love - Bond and Red Grant's conversation in the train car
    Skyfall - Silva's first appearance in the film (my favorite one in the franchise)

    Yes, but still one fav scene. Guess Bond was pretty desperate in CR, too.
