The Six Degrees of Bond

For those of you who are familiar with "the six degrees of Kevin Bacon", you know how it works- but now do it Bond style!

Rules- Link a person (preferably a celebrity or similar) with an EON Bond film in six steps.

Example- Francoise Hollande (President of France) is linked with 'GoldenEye' because he is the successor to Nicholas Sarkozy (1), who gave the Legion d'Honour to J.K. Rowling (2), who created Harry Potter (3), who is portrayed by Daniel Radcliffe (4), who is in "The Tailor of Panama" with Pierce Brosnan (5), who plays Bond in GoldenEye (6).

    Kevin Bacon was with Robert De Niro in Sleepers.
    De Niro was with Sean Bean in Ronin.
    Bean was with Pierce Brosnan in GoldenEye.

    Had to do Bacon, obviously. He's probably appeared with a Bond actor somewhere but this was just off the top of my head.

    Michael Jordan is connected to From Russia With Love as he starred with Bill Murray in Space Jam (1), who starred in Ghostbusters with Sigourney Weaver (2), who starred in Alien with John Hurt (3), who starred in A Man for All Seasons with Robert Shaw (4), who starred in From Russia With Love with Sean Connery (5).

    I could only get 5, but I thought that one was quite interesting, unless we had to get 6, but that was one of the best I could do.

    #5 Patrick Swayze had appeared in 'Ghost'

    #6 Vincent Schiavelli also appeared - Dr Kaufman (TND)


    I don't know if that's quite what was intended, but it's the best I can do for now

    Queen Elizabeth 2 was with James Bond thus:

    1. She was in attendance at Die Another Day at Royal Leicester Square circa early '00s.

    2. With Daniel Craig (Bond) in the short film Olympics 2012.

    3. British.

    4. Ian Fleming's extended family met her once (I read this).

    5. Casino Royale premiere (2006)

    6. Skyfall premiere

    This was harder, than I thought.

    No you haven't quite got the hang of it yet. You need to link a person to a Bond film and not just list six things which they have in common.

    So for instance Sylvester Stallone is linked to GoldenEye

    Stallone was in Rocky III with Mr T (step 1) who was in the A-Team with George Peppard (step 2) who was in Tobruk with Nigel Green (step 3) who was in The Ipcress File with Michael Caine (step 4) who was in The Fourth Protocol with Pierce Brosnan (Step 5) who played James Bond in GoldenEye (step 6).

    Hope that makes it easier to understand :-)

    No you haven't quite got the hang of it yet. You need to link a person to a Bond film and not just list six things which they have in common.

    In the spirit of "Six Steps to Kevin Bacon", I propose to link various fictional characters to James Bond. Here are the rules :

    First, each character must have met the other characters. No actor playing a character, or a character reading a book about or seeing said character on TV. Second, real persons, living or dead, are fine on the condition that they have met one of the links in the chain. Third, given its... let's say controversial nature, "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" is out.

    I start with an easy one : From Paddington Bear to James Bond. It's really easy, and in fact can also been used to link Michael Bond's lovable ursine to a famous Doctor.
