I just bought Skyfall on Amazon Instant Prime, and I'm watching it right now!

Skyfall isn't officially released on DVD until February 12 in the States, but I was able to purchase it on Amazon Instant Prime using my Roku.

Skyfall is my second favorite Bond movie after Goldfinger.

    I rated Skyfall 5 stars on Amazon along with a glorifying review. But I have a feeling that there will be diehard fans of a certain less than stellar Bond actor that will not appreciate my honest review since my review also opined on several previous Bond films.

    Anyway, this U.S. Government employee has the weekend off and is getting back to watching skyfall. :)

    Live and Let Die is a damn fine James Bond release, and I won't have a bad word said against it. It's much more entertaining than the other, and you get to choose between Honor Blackman and Jane Seymour

    pretty simple math..

    As Mr Creasy suggested, there is already an existing thread for this, new participation or not. Maybe read up on the rules and new members assistance a little

    Peter Sellers he means. And that was just Casino Royale 67, and he wasn't even James Bond in that, it was David Niven ?

    Yeah, I got the Sellers reference. He played a professional gambler posing as James Bond in CR67. I'm just a little surprised to hear that a review of Skyfall would include analysis of an un-official Bond film from five decades ago. Makes me interested in reading the review.

    You can't compare Skyfall with some silly spoof from the 1960s that isn't even an official James Bond release ?

    Not sure what the authors actual intentions are here

    What? I would never go that far. I don't like it as much as DN, FRWL or TB, but I would take it over all of Brosnan and most others. I never referred to GF as 'poor', that's just pure craziness. There's so many great things about it even if it can slow in spots, the biggest being Sean continuing the great Bond formula. I am going to rewatch it soon, as it has been a while, and I look forward to it.
