The James Bond Movie Trivia Quiz

I thought we should have a fast paced trivia quiz, the questions should all be able to be answered from just watching the films so that it will make this quiz more accessible to the newer and less Bond fixated members as well as to some of us more hardcore 007 obsessed anoraks.
The rules are simple if you know the answer post it along with your next question (don't worry if you accidentally get it wrong, I'm sure some members will take great pleasure in quickly correcting you :) ), this should ensure that the quiz remains fairly fast paced. Right I'll kick us off with:

What was the name of the disease outbreak that Blofeld said he'd recently introduced to English livestock in OHMSS?

Quoting M_Balje: What the OP villian said in the James Bond VHS trailer from 1996 ?

I think this might exceed the threads brief M_Balje, why not put us out of our misery and let us know the correct answer and then substitute it with a slightly more accessible question!

Quoting saunders: What is the number of 007's office in OHMSS?

It's 17 (Fleming's favourite number on the gaming tables, I believe).

Quoting Virage: 007? Why don't we do this like Name the Quote and Guess the Character?

That would take away the rapid-fire element somewhat, but may be more sensible...

    sensible...

Being sensible has never really been a life skill that I've mastered but seeing as this rapid fire approach is having more than a few teething troubles I'll concede that we need a new 'sensible' approach, so from now on if we can wait for confirmation of a correct answer before launching into the next question.

    Over to you St_George.
