Quoting JB007LTK: So.....you would insult Sir Sean Connery's film of 1983?
Quoting JB007LTK: We should count "Never Say Never Again". So it's Really BOND 24 we are waiting for?
Quoting anotherbondgeek: So would you count CR67 as a Bond film, and call the next one Bond 25? What about the Barry Nelson ABC one in the 50s?
Quoting DaltonCraig007: NSNA isn't an official Bond film, so it isn't counted in the actual franchise. But it is a Bond film, whatever way you look at it.
Quoting Master_Dahark:I think the topic should be "Never Say Never Again - A GOOD
Bond Film ?"
THEN we'd have some debate, lol

Have to agree here. One major problem is that the good things about the film are a bit drowned out by the fact that it is simply impossible not to compare it to Thunderball, and in that comparison NSNA has no chance at all.Volante said:If I want to watch the story of Thunderball with Sean Connery, I watch Thunderball. Never Say Never Again is a poor re-imagining of it. Also, I've often wondered why Sean Connery did NSNA when Thunderball was supposed to have been his favourite appearance as Bond.
