"License To Kill" VHS featurette

Back in the early 90s, I saw the "License to Kill" movie on a VHS tape and before the beginning of the movie there was a great featurette with fragments from all previous Bond movies with "License to Kill" theme song played in the background. I've tried to track it for a long time with no success. Had anyone else see it?

    I've never heard of this video but I'm willing for anyone able to track it down, to come forward. I would like to see it.
