No box, otherwise perfect shape. Any value on, say, eBay?

  • Someone would probably pay for it on Ebay. No idea how much it's worth though. Would've loved this when I was a kid.
  • I'd love it now. Thanks bg?

It'll probably go on eBay today. I also have a 1:18 Jag and T-Bird from DAD too.

Always keep the box bg. The Wizard has this box set safely stashed away in his Bond hoard.

Strangely it's by Matchbox not Corgi. Never understood why. Did Corgi lose the licence or something? But only for one film because I'm sure they released the standard DB5 in a GE box in 95.

I too have the set boxed in my collection. On ebay it is cheaper than you think. For some reason matchbox versions ie this one and the 2 cars from View to a kill are cheaper than corgi

Matchbox did both AVTAK and LTK , maybe a temporary licence ;)

But they did nothing for TLD when there was a gadget laden Aston crying out to be done. I was dying for a toy Volante when I was a kid but had to wait until about the late 90s for Corgi to come out with one - by which time I'd sort of grown out of playing with toys.

25th anniversary and a Bond Aston Martin with skis and rockets and no one made a toy version? What sort of marketing dept does EON have?

    Listed the LTK thing today.

Anyone interested in the 1:18 Thunderbird or Jag from DAD?

Ha, I remember when that 'playset' came out. Feel old now, =bg=, thanks. ;)

By the bye, that's an awesome sofa there - is it made out of Yogi Bear...?

    :)

I've got this box set, still boxed. Corgi lost the licence for a while during a take-over and Matchbox stepped in. It's a great set and worth obtaining if still boxed. Without a box it is a collection of toys. With a box it is a toy collectable.

Last time I saw this offered for sale (some years ago) it was tagged at £35 mint in box.
