I didn't like the fact that Bond didn't work for MI6 and I didn't like how young Bond was. I haven't read Devil May Care since 2008, so I don't know which one I liked better. I liked both though.
I hope, at least, that Boyd's novel is a continuation of the series Faulks' started.
