Off topic in a topic free thread, but the Sydney Swans just won the AFL Premiership (Google it, it's Australian and the best sport in the world).

The happiest day of my life.
  • I was just clicking through that thread, when I saw a mod saying how great the poster was I thought I was just seeing things because I was tired, so it's nice to know I'm fine :)
well, except porn. And that has happened.

I love how the same day this was posted, it happened again! :)) Conspiracy!!!

That was more tasteful than the Bond and Vesper hentai.

Yeah but it's still a girl with her tits out, I don't think the mods will like it.

I just wanted to say that's good that, after a long day of work and study, there's a place where I can came a speak of my favorite movies, share my expectations about my most anticipated film - Skyfall - and enjoy a little. Thank you all and specially to those that created and support MI6 Community.

Beautiful words, @0013 :) I think that all the administrators and moderators do their best to make MI6 be one of - if not, The One - the best Bond forums out there.

It's not the RAM, it's maybe your internet. What's the speed?

That is true, those chocolate swirl cupcake thingies are extremely irresistable! I have many a fond childhood memory with Fudge Rounds though, so as a result, they are pretty irreplacable!

Ouch! That kills the chocolate milk in that case. I'd die without my daily consumption of chocolate milk.

There's ALDI in the US? Didn't know that.

Lactose-free milk? Goat's milk? Lactase tablets? Just giving ideas, I'm not intolerant but have friends who are.

I tried soy milk throughout childhood and didn't care for it. I have/will probably outgrow it anyway, but I don't think I will ever drink it.

That's good. An alternative. But i never proved it, I'll have one of those any day.

Anyway, it's sad that people has those kind of limitations. They won't enjoy the life completely.

I have asthma, used to wake up out sleep choking & gasping like I was going to suffocate. Anyone swept the floor & I'd get an attack. If I ran in cold weather, an attack. Then I saw Paul Sorvino (actor- Rocketeer) on a talk show explaining how he got rid of asthma for good. At the first sign of an attack, purse your lips and blow real hard (like you're blowing up a balloon that really wont inflate easily), and repeat until you start getting dizzy. In about 5 minutes the attack should be gone. At first it can come back in a few minutes, and you just do it again. What happens is, the back-pressure opens up the alveoli in the lungs. After about six months, I went from getting attacks a few times a week to once or twice a month. Now it's once or twice a year, and the technique I use neutralizes it in minutes.

Nice! That's a great technique. I never tried it, all I always do is stop, or walk, and take a rest.

I just used to use my inhaler, which never seemed to make it very much better, just less intolerable.
But it's not well publicized or taught to doctors because asthma medication is big bucks.

I never used an inhaler for a long time, but i made a short treatment when i was a kid with one. Then after it, i never used it anymore, though the problem didn't resolved...
