Take out Mojave desert (which was just aerial photography) and stick in Cortina. Also rather then say underwater sequences why not just say Corfu - that way incorporates Corfu Town and the Achillion palace.

    Mine are

    Udaipur - 10
Meteora ('St. Cyrils') and Corfu - 8
Atlas Mountains ('Afghanistan') and Tangier - 7
    Berlin (OP) - 5
    Vienna (TLD) - 4
    Underwater sequences (FYEO) - 3
Chateau Chantilly ('Zorin's estate') and Paris - 2
    Höfn ('Siberia', AVTAK) - 1

Wanky pants! Knew I'd make a major cock-up with this tourney at some point (it's a very detailed effort, in my defence). Impressive I've gone this long without such a major omission, but hey I'm only human. ;)

Right, in which case, peeps... I'm curtailing the voting for this week's event and starting it again in order to include Cortina (as, frankly, must be done).

If you've voted already, apologies, but your votes will be ignored and you'll have to vote again
    .

So here we go then, er, again...

To be fair St George the inclusion of the pilot from the MR PTS (cant even remember the blokes name – Jean Pierre something) in the villains section was almost on a par!

But its churlish to complain as your epic Bondian sporting events are always a welcome distraction in the summer to take the sting out of there being no football for 3 months. By the way are we getting some sort of Euro 2012 Bond tourney this year?

To be fair, surely few Bond fans would claim the eleventh film is the most wholly dynamic entry in the series, however, that certainly doesn't go for its locations. Yes, owing to their awesomeness, FYEO has claimed an enviable one-two finish this week.

Capturing the gold, with its snowy storybook aesthetic and Winter Olympic attributes, is Cortina d'Ampezzo, and taking the silver is the starkly beautiful and wondrously unique Meteora (along with the sun-dappled paradise that is Corfu, of course). The medal positions are completed by OP's signature locale, the imperiously exotic Udaipur, while another late Sir Rog era location, AVTAK's Paris and the nearby ostentation that is the Chateau Chantilly, takes fourth.

The other placers this week are dominated by locales used for Timbo's 007 debut, TLD: fifth place goes to the rocky, monkey-friendly Gibraltar, sixth to the grand beauty of Vienna (which, in part, also doubled for Bratislava in the flick) and eighth to the city just across the water from Gibraltar, Tangier - as well as Morocco's impressive Atlas Mountains, that is. And crashing the party in a runaway tram is The 'Kill's San Francisco, which steals a pleasing seventh place.

So, as has become the custom for Location contests in this tourney, we've something of a rag-tag bag of nations making their debuts on the Medal Table this week: take your bows then, please, Morocco; Austria; Gibraltar; India and (shaking off its woes out in the real world) a straight-out-of-the-Trojan-horse-and-straight-in-at-14th-place Greece. Gotta love those Hellenic hoi polloi - they're heroes tonight, all right!

Elsewwere, the US pick up another two points for the board, which inches them ever closer to the 100-point barrier, but the big, big winner this week is the nation one place behind them. Yes, it's blue skies again for the Azurri; Cortina's victory brings them not only a second gold medal but another 10 points for the table (those stylish Italians have done well out of these Location events), ensuring they've widened their lead over fourth-placed France (despite the latter picking up five points for the table) and perhaps, just perhaps, are forcing the Yanks to look over their shoulders at the pasta-swillers' swift progress behind them. Italy couldn't catch them, could they? There's a poser to ponder on.

And Event 18 coming up soon, chaps...! :)

An aside: YOLT seems to be placing fairly high so far; I do not quite understand that. For set or production design, yes, but cinematography? I'll have to watch it again.
