What James Bond film do you feel like watching?

    At this moment, I'm up for a double feature of TB and YOLT, the two most epic and spectacular of the Sean Connery Bond films. This trailer for the 1970 double-feature re-release of them is a good one:

    My intention is what Bond film does the reader feel like watching at the moment when he reads the thread title rather than necessarily recommending one per se.

    OK, the other one is more or less let someone pick via recommendation.

    So yeah, I like the TB/YOLT double bill. What I'm tempted to watch right now actually is FRWL as I've discussed Ali Kerim Bey a few times and it makes me wanna watch!

    I feel like watching TMWTGG . Its one of my regular random-watch standbys. I like the vibe and my favourite one-two girl punch of Goodnight and Anders, plus the great Barry music.
    Another stand alone DAF viewing will probably follow, then I might watch Planet of the Apes again, and then I will in short order start another Bondathon beginning with DN all the way to QoS.

    After having watched some of "In Like Flint"(1967) the other night, I feel like watching the other of that year's two superspy outer space epic adventures: YOLT, of course.

    Watched YOLT very recently and loved it, I may stick with the outer space theme and give MR a try tonight, I know it's generally disliked by Bond fans but I've always had a soft spot for it.

    Go for it! :) I know it's the standard party line to say "James Bond and outer space don't mix" but personally speaking I've never had a problem with it. Both Bond and the space age got their starts in the 1950s and 1960s and MR and YOLT were my 2 favorite Bond films as a child. They both still rank very highly on my list.

    After posting in the TB appreciation thread, I'm in the mood for "Thunderball", Connery at his finest and the women are incredible too, especially Volpe.

    LTK: I haven't seen it in a while, but after getting vamped on TLD, it's about time to revisit this one. I'm also in the mood for modern Bond at the time and LTK-->QOS feels like modern Bond to me.

    I remember on the old KTBEU, someone had a link to the audio commentary for the Laser Disc versions of FRWL and TB I believe with Terence Young!

    Does anyone know where this can be found?

    I still have those three commentaries on my computer. They are for the first three films, so there never was a Thunderball one sadly.

    I'll look into uploading them for everyone again - though Grunther (a great member on the last boards) gave them to us originally, so all thanks goes to him.

    Was alone on the train today (my fellow Bond fans were sadly absent) so decided to hit the Goldfinger.

    Got as far as Bond check out Goldie's swiss operation through his binos.... gee, I hope he doesn't get grass stains on that suit!!!!

    DN as I was thrilled to see James Bond on the screen having read this novel in late 1950s.
