I could never choose just one. It's like asking a parent who their favourite kid is! AVTAK is near the top of my list.

GOLDFINGER, this is one of the all time classics and everybody knows and recognizes that it is a James Bond song. It easily wipes the floor with everything that was called a Bondsong since Aha's TLD.

We Have All The Time In The World

I'm looking for the last thread on this now. It's been done before.

'We Have All The Time In The World' wasn't a titlesong, although one of the best songs ever.

It was the official song of On Her Majesty's Secret Service so it counts, composed for the film.

Well, the guy was asking for "titlesongs", not "official songs." But I guess KD Langs "Surrender" also counts then.

That's not the main song of the film whereas 'We Have All The Time In The World' is. I'm sure you know that.

My absolute numero uno changes fairly regularly (even among the best of 'em there's a good number to choose from), but right now, I'd probably have to say...

... Nobody Does It Better from Spy

  • I love how it's an anthem to Bond. Jones is just the right singer for this particular song as well.

Now that I'm re-thinking, it may be a tie with "Live and Let Die" Title Song.
@PrinceKamalKhan that's pretty cool, I've never seen that before.

I believe this is Samuel001, though it doesn't specify to pick only one and most of the answers are rankings:

  • Put me down for Goldfinger as well, I still get shivers in the beginning and at the end. The quintessential Bond song. I still laugh thinking about how Harry Saltzman called it "that song" and hated it..well, that was Harry and his judgment for you.

@Samuel001.... i too don't consider "We Have All The Time In The World" as the title theme for OHMSS - quite simply, because it didn't play over the opening titles - which is what I think this thread is alluding to....

What did play over the opening titles, was Barry's instrumental - which was supposed to have lyrics to it - but alas, we got an instrumental instead....

"We Have All The Time In The World" might have been the main song, and driving piece for the film's melody.. but so was "If There Was A Man" by The Pretenders for The Living Daylights, "Surrender" by K.D. Lang for Tomorrow Never Dies, and "Only Myself to Blame" by Scott Walker for The World Is Not Enough........ i don't consider any one of those songs the title theme for the movie - because they didn't play over the opening titles...... i don't see how this is confusing. lol...

but with that all said..... "Diamond Are Forever" by Shirley Bassey is my #1 Bond theme.
  • Goldfinger. The whole instrumental and powerfull vocals always intrigued me!
To me it's THE ultimate Bond theme. Second, twine.

@forgotmyusername Nice work! I didn't know Radiohead did a cover, haha.
Have you heard this version before??
  • is this off the Dave Arnold project - nicely put together homage. The song sums up the essence of Bond, and even makes me like RM. thanks jolearon.

Wow, that's a surprisingly underwhelming version of NDIB from Shirley Bassey. The Radiohead version was something though.
