Vue cinemas BOND DOUBLE BILLS!

As events like this need advertising and rarely do they get it so without further adue. Fans are getting 10 bond films from 5 Bonds! No Lazenby unfortunately! However it seems we are getting the first and third of every Bond with the exception of Dalton which for me is a must see double.

I've only had the chance to see Goldfinger restored and Goldeneye through Skyfall so for me Moores and Daltons films are a must see. Especially when all four are some of my fav films.

From the Vue website.

See the Best of Bond back on the big screen at Vue digitally remastered in Sony 4K with exclusive Double Bills of James Bond classics. 10 films covering 5 Bonds over 5 nights from Dr. No to Skyfall.

Sunday 14th June – Sean Connery – Dr. No & Goldfinger
Sunday 21st June – Roger Moore – Live and Let Die & The Spy Who Loved Me
Sunday 28th June – Timothy Dalton – The Living Daylights & License to Kill
Sunday 5th July – Pierce Brosnan – Goldeneye & The World is Not Enough
Sunday 12th July – Daniel Craig – Casino Royale & Skyfall

What city is this playing in ?
I've seen the first 7 films in glorious big screen 4k digital presentation, but nothing since.
Would love to see the Rog and Dalts films in the restored format too.
Broz and Craig too but the newer films already got a pretty good presentation, not too long ago on first release.

I'm really up for these - there's nothing like getting the full big screen cinema experience and for it to be for a few of my favourite Bond films, wow!

It's on the what's on and 'event cinema' tabs, 2nd and 3rd on their website menu.

That sounds great, if they are playing in a cinema near me I know what I will be doing on Sundays from the middle of June to the middle of July.

    They're taking bookings!

Try http://www.myvue.com/ and see where your nearest Vue is?

I'm all for this tomorrow too:

The closest cinema to me is Norwich which is about an hour and a half away. I've seen Dr No and Goldfinger on the big screen at an arts cinema in 2009.

I see Goldeneye, The World Is Not Enough, Casino Royale and Skyfall on release but I may have to take a trip to see the Moore and Dalton films.

I have a vue cinema 15 mins up the road from me but it weren't on the list unfortunately if it was I would've gone to all of them.
