Best Book About the Making, History, and Behind-the-Scenes of Bond Films?

I've been watching through all the Bond films from the beginning for the first time and I really want a great book that goes into detail about the making of the films, the history behind them, and behind-the-scenes stuff and trivia. Does anyone have recommendations for the best book to fit this criteria?

I'm not really interested in the life and history of Ian Fleming, the Fleming books, or critical analysis or assessments of the impact of the Bond films; I'm really specifically interested in the films.

James Bond Encyclopedia looks promising because it seems fairly comprehensive and it's updated to Skyfall. James Bond Archives looks awesome but it's extremely expensive.

I personally really like "The James Bond Films" by Stephen Jay Rubin. It's older, and the photos are primarily black and white but very well written. I have the one in the 2nd link (I'm not sure about the later version in the first link). Agreed about Bond on set.

It looks like the "Bond on Set" books cover just one film at a time; is that correct? I'd really like to find one big book that covers them all, even if it's not as in depth, but I'll look into them.

Yes, but they are very in depth on each film. They go from Die Another Day to Skyfall
