The Moonraker Coffin Assassin Actor?

I've searched the Internet unsuccessfully for the name of the actor who plays the Coffin Assassin in Venice in Moonraker (1979) so I thought I would ask my learned friends here at MI6 Community if they know the name of the uncredited actor who stars in one of my favourite benign-bizarre scenes from the James Bond films:

I know this is very late, Draggers, but the answer, according to Roger Moore from the Blu-Ray commentary, is John Evans from the Special Effects department.

I wonder if this was his first assignment for Mr. Drax. Such a short-lived carreer if that is the case. All that elaborate preparation cut short. Must have stung him in the heart thinking about it.
